SOYA MATAR PULAO RECIPE || HOW TO MAKE SOYA CHUNKS AND GREEN PEAS PULAO || RECIPE IN HINDI URDU ||

  • Hello friends, today I'm sharing a very easy and healthy vegetarian recipe of soya chunks and green peas pulao which is very easy to make and it tastes really delicious, please do give it a try happy cooking happy eating : )

    ingredients:
    Basmati rice 500 gms
    soya chunks 100 gms
    green peas 50 gms
    ginger garlic paste 3 tbls
    green chilli paste 1 tbls
    coriander powder 1 tbls
    garam masala powder 1 tbls
    jeera half tsp
    shahi jeera half tsp
    cloves few
    bay leaf 2
    green elaichi few
    black pepper whole 5 to 6
    msg 1/4
    tomato 1 large
    onion 1 medium
    yogurt 4 tbls
    oil 4 to 5 tbls
    pure ghee 1 tsp full
    lemon juice 2 tbls
    fresh coriander for garnishing
    salt to taste

      Wrong. MSG is a sodium salt of glutamic acid and naturally occurs in the ingredients you've eaten all your life and some of which that got added here in this recipe, green peas, tomatoes 😂 It's also naturally occurring in mushrooms, cheese, seaweed etc. It is used to enhance the umami flavours in food.
      Vilification of MSG is based in racism in USA and came to be known as the Chinese Restaurant Syndrome. Please read and understand it before you make such remarks. Anything should be eaten in moderation. If you consume spoonfuls of MSG without food, it will cause issues. Even salt or sugar will do that. Be a bit more informed before you make such sweeping statements.
