2 Cardamoms( इलायची)
1 Cinnamon Stick( दालचीनी)
5-6 Black Pepper( काली मिर्च)

I made this for myself, I am relatively new to cooking, I must say this was absolutely delicious. Here are a few tips from me for any new begineers:
1. Make sure you cut the onions, tomatoes and everything else in advance.
2. I had 60 gm of uncooked soya and used 120 gm of uncooked rice, if you want it to be for one person only, then reduce the rice quantity to 60-80 gm, rest all the same.
In all the recipe is very easy to follow and is absolutely delicious.
