I'm pretty sure the Bible references came from the creator of TSCC and showrunner Josh Friedman who is of the Jewish faith. BRING BACK TSCC etc,etc. (although it is too late now.)
The Bible stuff's been around since the original movies. They wouldn't have named a nuclear Armageddon, Judgement Day if they didn't. Hell John Connor aside from being an Expy of Director James Cameron, could very well be an expy to Jesus Christ. Both came to this world with knowledge they shouldn't have, both tried to save humanity with said knowledge and opposing parties tried to have him killed just for existing.
@@rphuntarchive1 Those references are directly related to Cameron . Its why they call her the 'Tin Man' or 'Tin Miss' several times in the series. Once you realize the deeper meaning to the reference and that its not just about the other characters using it as a way to disparage her, its clear what Cameron's story is actually all about.

I noticed that throughout this series there were many references made regarding the bible. imho, the producer/director most likely was a Christian.
