Step 1: Identification and isolation of Gene of interest. Step 2: Insertion of this isolated gene in a suitable vector. Step 3: Introduction of this Vector into a suitable host. Step 4: Selection of the transformed host cell. Step 5: Multiplication or expression of the introduced gene in the host. Your welcome

What are the steps in Recombinant DNA tech? 1. Cut bacterial plasmid (vector) using restriction enzyme 2. Ligase gene of interest onto the gap of bacterial plasmid to get Recombinant DNA 3. Insert altered vector into bacterial host 4. Allow for multiplication into colony 5. Select for Transformed bacterial cell with recombinant (altered) vector through Selective Medium, etc
