A Queens Castle for a vocal Queen! Beautiful house. Such clean, utiliterian lines, and subtle decor. Tarjas estetic taste is in some ways very similar to my own.

Wow! This explains why her latest. In the Raw, was so awesome and I couldn't help but notice, so well produced. In fact, it might best produced album I've heard in many years. Now I know why, Tarja herself is so involved in the production as well.

@@bijikurdistan6694 had the pleasure a number of years back...i was standing in line for an autograph, someone tapped me on my shoulder , i turned around stumbled back a bit..she let out a booming laugh and started to walk away but i said "not so fast" and she hugged me for a few seconds, which felt like a few lifetimes...from then on , no matter what went wrong in my life for a long time did not seem nearly so calamitous...going back for a refill soon...

Yeah! I think that most of her longtime fans (since she were in the band) come to her concerts nowadays only for Nightwish songs. Because I hear so much happiness and craziness in their yell, when they recognize the melody from NW, which never actually happened even when she start to sing her own old stuff.

@Miguel Deerif you call rich, mellifluous, deep, resonating, awe inspiring, soul-caressing, toe curling , eye-watering, mind-blowing, reverberating beautiful voice unimpressive than go back to listening to Floor's sleep inducing dribble...and she said she doesn't need to be mistreated and unaddressed by Tuomas's super ego....so glad she left that bunch of vultures or they would have ruined her the way they did to Floor who was great before joining them
@Miguel Deer they needed her voice to find an audience..Tuomas's grand idea before Tarja was to form a rinkidink folk band..lol...and she performs their old songs in part to give them life because the way its performed by Floor is pathetically mediocre

I love Tarja, she is one of the best female singers in metal scene. But I am sorry... Songs she realeased after leaving NW are very very weak. Music is simple, videos are almost amateurish and albums have in average 1 or 2 great songs. Its a shame to waste such a voice and talent. But I still love her
Pavol Ridrich I feel the opposite. To me, Nightwish started to go downhill even before Tarja left, and now they’ve been stuck rewriting Once over and over since 2004 and calling it a “new album”. Tarja, on the other hand, is not afraid to experiment and take risks. Her music is darker, more atmospheric, experimental, melodic, and honestly even heavier in my opinion. Of course, that’s just my opinion. =^.^=
