Superb video as always! 19 million for this property seems too much though. You’ve shown us much better designed and more functional but also balanced and harmonic homes/mansions etc. for 5-10 million.

Hi Maria. Unless you need it down to the actual m2 just remove the last digit and round down a bit. E.g 7.000 sqf is a little less than 700 m2 (it is 650 m2). This helped me out when I started watching the videos too.

What I like most about the property: -The warm brown tone in the kitchen - the natural light in the primary bedroom - the beautiful landscaping and the view 😍

I love it when a developer has to work around interesting constraints like lot size and the fact that, in this case, they couldn’t build up above the street level. All those open areas downstairs and the plentiful sky lights really made up for that fact that half the house is essentially underground. Still, not sure the view is worth the incredible mark up-like that’s maybe a $6m house in the Valley and you’d have a better yard-but it is a nice house. I’d love to see what they did next door!
I was taken with the dining table. Mine is an antique, opens the same way, powered by me. I always wonder how much time you put in learning about each home so the tour looks effortless. Watching in a snowstorm. Thanks Mikey and Enes!

I love the limestone details and the furniture in that house. But I also think Mikey and Jason did a great job in filming your tour. The display details give me the feeling if I was right in the room and I can see everything I want to see. The camera movements are very calm and that gives me the time to enjoy the scene.
Congrats on now being full time youtubers, guys! You're awesome and I already know you'll do great in the future! I love the combination of minimalism & luxury in this house.
