One of the abilities of sharingan is that it allows the user to anticipate an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept. In this video you learn to see things faster with your camera sensitivity and dodge/dash with grace. Hence why this vid is titled Awakening Sharingan : No Jutsu

When you hit square your character will charge toward an opponent. Before your character hits the opponent you dash any direction.
