Cautionary Note: you need stairs where the horizontal "depth" (front to back) of each stair is pretty big, especially for the descending exercises and if you're tall with big feet - this stair dimension needs to be more than long enough to accommodate your foot length. These are great exercises, though!
THANKYOU for actually doing a BEGINNER friendly workout. Seen so many "beginner" videos that start you off from jumping from one skinny rail to another and I ain't ready for that yet.
OMG I CANT TELL YOU HOW GRATEFULL I AM THAT YOUR DOING THIS :D iv been wanting to learn parkour (not flips or tricks) but i could only find the same dudes doing tricks :/ im not a buff dude at all and this thiiiiis is what iv been looking for :D
All we can do it in our little city! To start the breath I use Qi gong for integration of training. These are perfect exercises and I remember old stages of martial arts, when I was young in Italy. This is the year of my rebirth.
I want to see more content from women in parkour because i feel that women have a different center of gravity than men and id like to see the perspective!
Watched Bioneers recent parkour video that lead me to parkour journeys then a this channel. Love it. As soon as I start getting into parkour myself and fitness I get 3 really awesome channels
Do you know how high the steps you were using were. I think mine are taller making going down missing a step difficult. Mine are about 19 to 20 Cm each.
Just get used to stepping down 2-4 stairs and then landing down as many as possible onto the stair, plus also jumping down out of a fall and even precision jumps.
