Hey Andy! Thank you for your professional tutorials! I’m a noob Affinity user and ran multiple times to an error, so may I give an advise to all of your audience? When you are drawing your mask, check which color you using (white or black). I did everyrthing that Andy said, but not worked. Then I realised, I’m using the black color, so I “removed” the mask, not painted it :D Good luck everybody! Happy editing!

Of course I tried to use it in real life on myself, but alas, it does not work like that. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
But my question is, how do you know when to use adjustments, and in particular something like the HSL? I would not have known to do that?
Will that be something you will teach/talk about in your beginners class?

Wouldn't it be faster and make more sense to do a selection on the teeth then do the hsl and brightening?
