I applaud you for honoring your needs, Maggie ❤ Finding balance is one of the hardest things for me and this video reminded me that I forgot not only how important it is but also that it doesn’t need to be so hard to find it: No pressure, painting in the living room, a cafe, or outside in the sunlight, quality time with your wonderful husband, adorable dog, family and friends, running a business that takes work but is rewarding and fulfilling, your love for journaling … your life seems busy but also so, so rich, as simple or mundane as it might sound to some people - I love it. As the sad story with this beautiful dog baby demonstrates: life is short, so better do what’s best for you on a day to day basis. You are a beautiful person and a friend to me, Maggie, and I am so greatful that we get wonderful glimpses into your life. I am glad your busness is doing well. I am myself strugling to find mental focus to create art and I do want to exel so it is a little challenging for me now. Not talking about edditing that takes all day + for me. I am choosing to create rather than record and I do record some but do not turn it in a video. 😅
Yes, most of this footage I just took in snips as I thought to over several different days, and I had all the footage last week but decided to take an extra week to do my editing and voiceover. I think your friends here will understand the prioritization needed in a busy day!!
