- Towards the end of the film, Jeffrey actually picks up a hitchhiker who states that he’s coming back from a concert. This man is actually who ended up being Dahmer’s first victim, but in real life, the man was picked up on his way to the concert instead of coming back from one. His name was Steven Hicks. On top of that, the film was actually filmed in Jeffery’s childhood home in Bath, Ohio.

We don't want people to try to one up each other so they can get the next Nexflix movie made about them. The world is full of terrible people doing terrible things every day. You don't need to make a movie about it to see. Just watch the news, or go for a walk and see for yourself. The morbid obsession with mass murders is not good for society.
