Hey bro !!! Great video , abundantlly and clearly explained for all the beginers ... Thank GOD , that I am not a beginer anymore !!! Greatings from Roumania brother !!!!
Wipe the screen with mineral spirits. You can do this by adding some mineral spirits to a cloth or a paper towel and then wiping the screen. You may need to repeat this process a few times to remove all of the plastisol ink. When doing this you should wear gloves and a mask. Once you have removed all of the ink it is a good idea to give the screen a rinse with water to wash out all of the mineral spirits.

Paiba-iba kasi ako ng brand ng Photo emulsion...pero I would Recomment TULCO LOCAL, pati Sensitizer at Hardener Tulco rin...mas consistent kasi yung products nila pagdating sa Paggawa ng Screen Stencil....
Hello, Mr Easy, I have been following your tutorials for some time now and it has really come a long way for me. I recently discovered a fault: I tried to wash my screen with wet foam but discovered my stencil was also washing off with the photo emulsion. Also, when I ran my first print, I discovered a lot of ink went through the photo emulsion and damaged the shirt( Thank goodness is was just a shirt for testing). What do you think could be the problem. How long do you keep the paper on the screen after applying cooking oil before exposing it to the sun? I leave mine for about 30mins before exposing it to the sun, is that ok?
Do you apply Photo HARDENER on your screen stencil before using it? Photo hardener makes the Screen Stencil Tough and Durable, it makes the screen stencil water-proof that's why I'm recommending it.....if this is your first time to print you can use more old cloths in practicing how to print, sometimes it takes a while before you get used to using an squeegee, using a SOFT PAD when printing will also help and paint viscosity will also affect result of the printing....
No, I didn't apply photo hardener. My local print store don't sell it. In fact they don't even know what a photo hardener is. I just ran into another problem today. I tried to print on a soccer jersey for my friend(Manchester United home jersey) after testing it on a 100% cotton shirt but discovered how faint water-based ink is on the soccer jersey. I am scared of running it again because I may not get the exact position of the stencil on the shirt and may probably ruin the print ( I don't own a printing press yet). What do you suggest I do? I don't want him to know about it, and I am running out of time
