What's your method for screen printing tags?
Thanks for this video Matt. You literally have some of the best and most thorough tutorial videos on screenprinting.
Man, you are a very good teacher. I've known how to print for a while, but I could not articulate all those intricacies to the layman on the best of days. Great job.
Really appreciate this all all your other videos I’ve watched. Simple and helpful for someone just starting out!
Though I use Plastisol Heat Transfers, you definitely showed me how to cut the tag, just cutting it on an angle makes a difference. I was at times putting holes in the shirt. 🤦🏻♂️ Thanks Mike!
Before you pull the last shirt of that label image, flash it, move screen to new image and line up with the one you just printed. Now the next image is perfectly aligned. Done.
exactly how I print labels, right down to the ink color... nice video
Perfect timing... Great video. Awesome 💇!!!
Man this is really helpful. Thank you!
Thanks for saving me time and money messing with custom ink.
Great tutorial!
Thanks for the video, Mikey! Appreciate ya. 🤙
Great Tutorial💚
Thanks for sharing . The way I do it is in a similar pallet ; Although , I don't flip over the shirt is lot waste of time in long runs and I use water base ink any color . I just catalyzed the ink and I don't even have to send the shirt to the drier at that point . That way is very fast in long runs . I can tag 100 shirts in 30 minutes without flipping over the shirt and send the tee to the drier since the ink is catalyzed and Water base there's no problem for sticking the ink on the garment and when the shirt is on the process of the actual front print and sent to the drier the tag only needs very few amount of heat and dry totally . I recommended . Greetings from NYC ! Great videos !
I don't do these often but my method has always been to do screenprinted transfers and just cut them up and press them.
WONDERFUL
helpful. Thx
Amazing
Good tips Matt! I use to love alstyle shirts but after wearing 50/50s I can’t go back to thick shirts . Does AAA have a 50/50? I love how you been using the 4/1 in your videos.
Nice video, Matt. Where did you get the ink scoops from?
