I have this machine and it is absolutely wonderful. Why on earth do they not do more videos on this machine? It is like a best kept secret! I explain mine to people & no one has heard of it. The company needs to put more info out on this state of the art machine. I believe it is the only one with the thread cutter. It is great to cut my thread & go to another point & start right on stitching. No garbage on the bottom! I tried out Bernina, Pfaff, Sweet 16 but this one beat them all... hands down!
Hi Michael, I read quilt stamper's comment and I totally agree one hundred per cent. I too, have the sit down Miyabi due to feet and leg issues. Was very disappointed that Juki had no tutorials to speak of with this machine. And trying to learn the computer for stitch regulation and everything is a mystery. You just went over briefly some of it and I learned more on your video than I did from the manual. I would love to adopt you for my son! Guess I am telling my old age here. Anyway, thank you ever so much and I would truly love love love more on using this machine. I would even purchase a dvd if you made one step by step tutorial. Thanks Michael, stay safe and healthy. Thanks for doing this. There's a real need for info on this model. I bought the Miyabi 350 and put it in the table as I really didn't have room for the frame but felt your on your own. The company doesn't give you any info other than basic turn it on. I couldn't find much on you tube. Please do more demo's
I have the sit down also. Absolutely love it. Sad to say, everything I learned on how to use it, I got from watching HandiQuilter videos. They have all kinds of neat tricks for a sitdown machine & all can be applied to the Juki. I just was more impressed with how the Juki Myobi runs & the thread cutter & bobbin winder are so awesome. It truly is a time saver!
They have really been damaged by use, they are a few years old but I really don't know what the reason for the damage is, only that the mechanic of the machines says that I have to get those parts to change them. Can you tell me where I can buy them?

Can you please let me know the full width of the frame, including the wheel and handle of the crank? And also the depth of the frame, including the long arm when the long arm is at the front of the frame? Would you recommend putting the frame on casters? Sorry for all the questions, I appreciate your help.

No built in channel lock feature but lots of ways to lock the frame for this purpose. I may make a video soon showing these options.

thats incorrect, handi quilter sweet sixteen is a sitdown or frame machine

I find juki to be very precise and therefore maintains a great stitch quality regardless of threads. I don’t see that always with other brands
