I Wouldn't Be Surprised If They Extend I-87 From Raleigh To Charlotte And It At I-485 Or I-85/I-77 With By-Passes Of Siler City Ramseur Richfield Mt Pleasant And Harrisburg
Awesome long video! Glad you got the full length. Interesting you went NC49, I don't know whether sticking with 85 past Greensboro and Durham is quicker, or this shorter by distance route in real life. What's your opinion Mike? 2 hours 37minutes from Uptown looks like a really good time too.
85 is usually quicker because you can go faster with no stops. Especially now that the construction in Cabarrus and Rowan counties is done. This one is definitely shorter. I take it sometimes if I'm not in a hurry because it's more scenic and you don't see much driving on 85 and 40 until you get to Durham.
