How I made the cork: I took a foam ball (size 2in) hollowed out a hole big enough to fit a plastic cork (google plastic cork) in it. Using E6000 and hot glue, I glued the cork into the hole. Taking the same fabric I used on the bottle I glued and covered the ball. I added another layer of fabric and tied the back of the fabric like a ponytail. I strung some beads and hot glued them on as you see in the video.
Love this, I'm ready to head to the basement for my bottle stash. Beautiful. It reminds me of a belly dancer, which my Sister is, I'm ready to start presents for next year. Just Beautiful, thank you. And I love how you show different options to give ideas. Looking forward to getting started on this idea. :)

As soon as you popped up in my notifications, I clicked on it! I was wondering where you were, I've missed seeing your vids. This design really resonates with me, as I am of Gypsy heritage. I absolutely love it! Welcome back!
Holy mackerel. You came back with both barrels blazing!!!! This bottle is stunning. You, my dear, never disappoint. But wow I don't know how long that took you but it wow probably take me weeks, if not a month or more. That is not beginner or intermediate. That is advanced. But ofcourse you nailed it. Glad you're back in full effect. On my way over to your latest video...
Taina you crack me up! I'm locked and loaded hun lol!... I'm just goofing. Thank you, I had to come with something good after being away for 3 months. It's more time consuming than anything really. Now I can't say the same for the next one you're about to watch. That one was work! Lol :) XOXO
You are so talented, I just want to cry. I love your videos, but I must say I have to try and make this one, maybe with a different color scarf. Please don't stop crafting. We love you
Hi hun, I gave this bottle away in a surprise giveaway. I'll be doing more giveaways in the future, so stay tuned. Make sure to participate on the channel because you never know when it's a surprise giveaway. See you soon. God bless! 🙏🤗
Hey Ivelisse, I'm really enjoying your tutorials...I would like to try this one however you didn't indicate what type of scarf you used...What material it was...I know we can't get the exact one but if you would tell us the material we could find a likely substitute...Thanks...I'm also going to do the Betty Boop, and the crackle ones to start...gonna do the finale with the sea shell one...thanks for teaching us!!
I see and that's awesome! I bought it at Hobby Lobby years ago. I'm trying to think of what material it was. I honestly don't know but I'll find out and get back to you dear. 🙏🤗💖
Hi Karen, the fabric is a soft mesh-like material. It's sheer and has some stretch to it. I tried looking for it online but I couldn't find any that would match. My apologies.
I need some ideas for a Mexican theme bottle~ Its a gift to the business I get all my bottles from. Its a Mexican Restaurant I would love to see you create something Mexican style~
Hello and how sweet of you to show your appreciation by making them a bottle! I will put it on my list and as soon as I get an idea, I will be more than happy to make it! Thank you! 🤗
Awww youre beautiful❤ i cant get enough of your videos!!! Youre extremely talented. When did you start? What was your motivation? Do you buy your bottles in bulk? How do you get labels off bottles?
Thank you, hun, it makes me happy that you are truly enjoying them. 😊 I posted my very first video in March of 2015... wow it's been three years already lol! I've always been artistic and crafty. After being clean and sober for a year I wanted to start crafting again. It's always been my passion and my therapy. The only time I feel complete and know what I'm doing LOL!... people started asking me how I made this or how I made that. I figured I'd start my own channel and show everyone how I make things. It was also a way to help me with my mental issues... help me break out of my social anxiety, anxiety, depression, PTSD and deal with some other issues I have. Meeting new people from all over and getting to talk with them helps me a great deal. I also did it to prove to myself that I could still do something with my life even after all I had been through. My apologies for the book, I got caught up thinking about it all and kept typing. 😂 No ones ever asked me that, I don't think. I get my bottles from family and friends but mainly from my papa bear.(my father) He saves them for me. I soak them in a tub full of water and dish soap. After a while, the labels start peeling off themselves. Some leave residue behind and I'll just take some soft scrub with a brillo pad and scrub the rest off.
DIYNoNeedToCry no apologies needed! Im the same way lol i love talking and meeting new people. I also suffer depression and anxiety. Thank God He is who He is. I dont take my meds. I used my knees and prayed for His comfort. Hes the ultimate Healer after all! Prayer has gotten me through so much the past year. So i understand!! Anyways....keep up the good work. Do you sell your stuff on fb? You should think about it. I would totally buy! Lol i posted on your page my diy frame. I started watching your videos around 130ish today and im still watching hahaha youre just too good. And i love your personality! Youre very detailed in what exactly youre doing and you put a list of things youre using.
Sorry to hear that and absolutely, I pray all the time as well! Thank you, dear, I will as long as the God lord allows me too! 🙏 I don't sell them at the moment but that is in the plans for the future. Just getting everything ready. Right now I'm super busy trying to get next weeks video done but when I get a chance I'll go check it out and thanks, you are such a sweetheart. I'm so happy you found my channel and decided subscribe! 💕🤗
DIYNoNeedToCry youre welcome!! I just found out the hobby lobby by my house has the little bottles of acrylic paints for .77 cents with 30% off coming out to .54 cents!! And got the mod gloss with my 40% off coupon! Im gona try and do this decoupage with scrap book paper but cutting out the pic and designs. I hope it works with paper. All ive seen for decoupage is napkins.
You go, girl! High five ✋ I need to go shopping with you! 😂 It will work, there's a little trick I learned from Mark Montano (he's awesome) here on UA-cam. He mists the cutouts with water before gluing it down to make it more manageable. I also have a video where I decoupage a paper image onto a bottle without misting it first. It's the betty boop bottle. Say that three times fast 😂 Hope it helps hun. Betty Boop Bottle: ua-cam.com/video/UwYMcY1ShM8/v-deo.html
Hello👋, I'll put it on my list of requests but I don't know when I'll be able to get to it in time for her sweet 16. I put things on the list and if something sparks an idea I make it but you should totally try doing it yourself. This is time-consuming more then it is anything else. I hope you give it a try and happy birthday to your daughter! 🙏🤗💖
I took a foam ball (size 2in) hollowed out a hole big enough to fit a plastic cork (google plastic cork) in it. Using E6000 and hot glue, I glued the cork into the hole.
Hi Rose, funny you should mention that. I've been doing my research to try and make that bottle. They do sell the bottles on eBay. They are old Jim Beam decanters. They go form $70 and up. There is even a company that sells them already made. I believe they are called Della Casa Designs. I was waiting to save money to buy one and make it as a gift for my father. I might be able to sculpt it but it would take a very long time lol and I'm not that great at it yet. I've been practicing but for that, I would have to really know how. Just know that it's on my to-do list. :)
Hello, Thank you for the request!! I will put it on my request list! I look over the request list often, and when something inspires me, I make it! 🙏🌺❤
I was about to change the title but I realized that that will cause more problems as I can't change what I say in the video. People will come to watch it and then hear me say the word anyways in the video and really think I was doing it to be disrespectful. It was an innocent mistake and will never happen again.
DIYNoNeedToCry I was going to add "if you want to" and got distracted (my belly said it was hungry lol). No worries, I was just making a suggestion. It just made me think about when I learned midget is a deragatory word and the proper term is little person. Well maybe you can make a genie bottle also and a belly dancer (?) bottle as well. Glad to see you are back creating and sharing your bottles again! Thank you for them and keep them coming hon. 🍾😊
would you mind not using the term "gypsy" I realize that most people CV who use this term do not do so as a derogatory term, but this term is offensive to the people on the Rromani race. if you want more information just look up the term Rromani or Rrom people. BTW I love your bottles CV and watch they frequently. your Fleur de lyes bottle is a favorite.
The video is made and I meant no harm by my ignorance. I will remember this for the future and no longer use the word. Thank you for letting me know and I'm glad you enjoy my videos. :)

How did you do the very top piece? What did you use? Thank you for sharing.
I posted how at the very top of the comments. :)
Wow!!
How did you make the cork top? This is fabulous!
I took a foam ball (size 2in) hollowed out a hole big enough to fit a plastic cork (google plastic cork) in it. Using E6000 and hot glue, I glued the cork into the hole. Taking the same fabric I used on the bottle I glued and covered the ball. I added another layer of fabric and tied the back of the fabric like a ponytail. I strung some beads and hot glued them on as you see in the video.
Thank you SO much! I can’t wait to try this! I will share my humble attempts, haha, when I get through. 😊
lol, You're welcome and just take your time and you'll do fine. Can't wait to see! :)
