Thanks Andy this video should be available on prescription - perfect antidote to today’s awful weather🙂 My daughter is battling through her CBT in the wind and rain this morning but she can watch this later as a reminder that it’s fun when the suns out
Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Always loved riding Canada and the US, especially the Yukon and Alaska. I also enjoyed your Norway tour. Covid put paid to me going to North Cape and now, at 75, I've got a little too old.
You very lucky Mr + Mrs flyer and looks amazing and warm 😀 thanks for the tour and about to go out in soggy UK 🌧 safe riding and looking forward to your next adventure 👍🏍🌞
Great to see CMT's new base. Having a mechanic and tyre fitting must save Martin a lot of time. Can't wait to get back there. The mid range bikes they have to offer are perfect for riding the roads there, and the torquey NC's are brilliant. As Andy said you don't have to change gear all that much, mostly 2nd and 3rd. The scenery is outstanding, the Islanders (like the rest of spain) like bikers and will ofter give way on the back roads for bikes. Martin used to be a riding instructor so you can follow his lines through the bends. Best wishes to all the team at CMT, a great bunch of people. One of the best holidays I have had and I hope to be back soon.
Friends of mine had been there in November. heir pictures from Gran Canaria already were mouth watering, but this video was… Waah! 💥🤯 I want to go there right now! 🤩What an absolute gem of an Island!
This is fantastic. I’m on GC now and took some of the roads you have here in this film with my Honda Grom 125 😎 yesterday. This is what me and my wife do here, go up in the mountains, stop for a lunch and go back home. Beautiful 👍😉
Great video - going out to GC with Canary Motorcycle tours in a couple of weeks and your vid has made me even more excited 🎉🎉🎉. I can also highly recommend their Slovenia (+Croatia + Italy) tour. I was there last summer with Martin, Joy and Jose and it was absolutely brilliant. What a great company and great people.
Yes it's kind of the opposite of riding in Tenerife - where Tenerife has the massive volcano rising out of the middle, GC has what feels like a canyon!! Both fabulous places to ride...especially this time of year!
I was there in November and cycled some of those roads. It impressed me a lot and intend to go back. Took my GS to Slovenia as well in sept and was impressed with that too. Stayed near lake bled which was very nice.
I cycle in GC as well. Wouldn't trust myself on all those tight steep hair pins with a motorcycle as any error and you are over the edge. But the landscape is fantastic. Great hiking as well. The Pic Nublo is very much worth seeing.
Great video as ever Andy and thanks for the introduction to these guys, I’ve just messaged them about a tour in February to get out of the miserable weather here ! 🏍💨☀
I missed my Saturday first 100 viewer with me bacon n eggs scran dagnammit. I will have to force it down my Clak 🤶 Sunday before I start on the bike. God bless Andy and Mrs Flyer.
Reminds me a lot of million dollar highway in Colorado. Hugging the side of the mountain while climbing forever and ever, then eventually you just start dropping back down to normal elevation. Some great views there. It would be an amazing place to ride.
Winter riding 🌞🌞🌞he said 😜. We will have snow in the coming week and temperatures around 2-5°C during the day. Today rain rain rain. Yesterday the same recipe. Wish I was there riding through the mountains. Great environment, sunshine and warm.
HI Andy loved the video a must for next winter, I’m on The Cowboy tour in 10 weeks after watching you cant wait, we were on a Rockies tour 5 years ago my wife was riding a Harley Fatboy but had a bad back so couldn’t ride for 3 days she went on the back of my touring buddie as he’s a more sedate rider apparently i was happy one up, keep them coming😊
Reminds me of last summers tour that I did through Glencoe and around the highlands. Sideways rain, wind so strong I was leaning going straight, visibility almost nil, then the weather got really bad after that.

Great vid Andy. Rode in Gran Canaria a couple of years back and got back a week ago from riding in Tenerife. Can highly recommend both locations for some winter biking in a perfect temperature. Maybe we need to take in one of Martin’s tours next time 👍
