    For Chutney:
    * Sambhar Masala(सांभर मसाला) - 1 Tbsp
    * Jaggery(गुड़) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Seedless Tamarind(बिना बीज की इमली) - Some
    * Roasted Gram(भुना हुआ चना) - 1/2 Bowl
    * Ginger(अदरक) - Grated
    * Red Chili(लाल मिर्च) - 1
    * Fresh Coconut(ताजा नारियल) - Some
    * Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Water(पानी)
    For Tadka:
    * Oil(तेल) - Some
    * Asafoetida(हींग)
    * White Urad Dal(सफेद उड़द की दाल) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Mustard seeds(राई) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Curry Leaves(कड़ी पत्ता)
    * Dried Red Chili(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 2
    For 1st Recipe:
    * Corn(भुट्टा) - 2-3
    * Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
    * Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
    * Red Chili(लाल मिर्च) - Some
    * Curry Leaves(कड़ी पत्ता) - Some
    * Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) - Some
    * Carrot(गाजर) - Some
    * Grated Corn(कद्दूकस भुट्टा) - 1/2 Cup
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
    * Mint Leaves(पुदीने की पत्तियां) - Some
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
    * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - Some
    * Boiled & Mashed Potato(उबला आलू) - 1
    For Slurry:
    * All-purpose Flour(मैदा) - Some
    * Corn Flour(अरारोट) - Some
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Salt(नमक) - Some
    For Coating
    * Bread Crumbs(ब्रेडक्रम्ब्स) - 1/4 Bowl
    * Corn Flakes(कॉर्नफ्लैक्स) - 1/4 Bowl
    * Bread Slices(ब्रेड स्लाइस) - 4
    * Oil(तेल) - For Frying
    For 2nd Recipe:
    * Semolina(सूजी) - 1 Cup
    * Curd(दही) - 1/2 Cup
    * Grated Corn(कद्दूकस भुट्टा) - 1 Cup
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
    * Red Chili(लाल मिर्च) - Some
    * Curry Leaves(कड़ी पत्ता) - Some
    * Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) - Some
    * Carrot(गाजर) - Grated
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Eno Fruit Salt (ईनो फ्रूट सॉल्ट) - 1 Sachet
    * Water(पानी) - For Boiling
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    For Chutney, in a mixing jar, put Sambhar Masala, chopped Jaggery, seedless Tamarind, grated Ginger, chopped Red Chilli, roasted Gram, fresh Coconut, Tomato, Green Chilli & Salt to taste. Grind well by adding some Water & take it out in a bowl.
    For Tadka, keep the tadka pan on the flame, put Oil, Asafoetida, Mustard Seeds, White Urad Dal, Curry Leaves, dried Red Chilli & some Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & saute them. Then put the Tadka into chutney & mix well. Now Chutney is ready to serve.
    Firstly, peel the Corn & keep the peels for further use. Then grate the Corn with the grater.
    For Slurry, take some White Flour/Maida, Corn Flour, Salt, Red Chilli Powder & Water in a bowl & mix all well.
    For 1st Snacks, keep the kadai on the flame, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, chopped Green & Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, finely chopped Capsicum and Carrot & saute all well. Then put grated Corn, chopped Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, some Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Salt, dried Mango Powder and some boiled & mashed Potato. Mix & cook well, then take out the cooked Masala on a plate & keep it cool.
    Take some Bread Slices, and spread the Corn & Veggies Masala on it. Then cut them into pieces and dip them in the batter and then coat it with crushed Cornflakes & Bread Crumps. Fry the Cutlets in the medium heated Oil until they get golden in colour. Serve it with Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
    For 2nd Snacks, In a bowl take some Semolina, Curd. Mix & keep it for 10-15 mins by covering it. Then add grated Corn, chopped Red & Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Capsicum, grated Carrot, Salt & Red Chilli Powder & Eno Fruit Salt & Mix well. Then take Corn Peels, put the batter & cover it as shown in the video. Give steam for 12 minutes by covering it.
