INGREDIENTS:
For Rice Balls:
Rice(चावल) - 1 Bowl
Curd(दही) - 1/4 Bowl
Water(पानी) - 2 Spoon
Semolina(सूजी) - 1/4 Bowl
Rice Flour(चावल का आटा) - 1/2 Bowl
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता) - Some
Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - 1 Spoon
Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - Less than 1/4 Tsp
Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1 Spoon
Coriander Seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1 Spoon
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Cornflakes(कॉर्न फ्लेक्स) - Some
Oil(तेल) - Some
For Veg Strips:
Rice(चावल) - 1 Bowl
Potato(आलू) - 1 Bowl
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - 1 Spoon
White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - 1 Spoon
Crushed red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/4 Spoon
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Gram Flour(बेसन) - More than 1/4 Bowl
Cornflakes(कॉर्न फ्लेक्स) - Some
Oil(तेल) - For frying
For Slurry:
White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 2 Spoon
Corn Flour or Arrowroot(कॉर्न फ्लॉर या आरारोट) - 2 Spoon
Water(पानी) - As Required
RECIPE:
Rice Balls, in a mixer jar, take some cooked Rice & some Curd in it. Grind it by adding some Water, make a fine paste & take it out in a bowl. Then add Semolina, Rice Flour, finely chopped Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, Chilli Flakes, grated Ginger, Baking Soda, crushed Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds & Salt in it. Mix well, cover & give it rest. Then make dough balls & wrap them with ground Corn flakes. Keep the appe mould on the flame, grease some Oil & put the balls & cook till it turns golden brown & crispy.
Veg Strips, take some cooker rice on a plate, add some boiled & grated Potato, finely chopped Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, grated Ginger, Chilli Flakes, White Sesame Seeds, Crushed Red Chilli, Kashmiri red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt to taste & Gram Flour mix well. Take a tray, place clean wrap and grease Oil, spread the dough & keep it Fridge for 30 minutes. Then cut them into pieces and dip the Cutlet in the batter and then coat it with crushed Cornflakes. Fry the Cutlets in the medium heated Oil until they get golden in colour. Serve the Crispy Veg Strips with the Green Chutney, Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Long Chopped Green Chilli and Onion. In this way, Burger King Veggies Strips will get ready at home easily.
