    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐡𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚 :
    * Flattened Rice/Poha(पोहा) - 2 Cup
    * Hot Water(गर्म पानी) - 1-2 Serving Spoon
    * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 2 Tsp
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Tsp
    * Onion(प्याज) - 2
    * Potato(आलू) - 2 Boiled, Grated
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Finely chopped
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    * Roasted Peanuts(भुनी हुई मूंगफली)
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Dry Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
    * Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Tsp
    * Gram Flour(बेसन) - 3-4 Tbsp
    * Oil(तेल) - For frying
    For Tadka :
    * Oil(तेल) - 1.5 Tbsp
    * Urad Dal(उड़द की दाल) - 1 Tsp
    * Chana Dal(चना दाल) - 2 Tsp
    * Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1 Tsp
    * Mustard Seeds(राई) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Asafoetida (हींग) - 1-2 Pinch
    * Curry Leaves(कड़ी पत्ता) - Some
    For Chutney:
    * Curd(दही)
    * Tomato Ketchup(टमाटर कैचप)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐚𝐭 :
    * White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Bowl
    * Corn Flour or Arrowroot(अरारोट) - 2 Tbsp
    * Salt(नमक) - 1 Pinch
    * Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
    * Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 Pinch
    * Oil(तेल) - For Frying
    For Masala :
    * Salt(नमक)
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
    * Chat Masala(चाट मसाला)
    * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर)
    For Serving :
    * Boiled Chickpeas(उबले हुए छोले)
    * Boiled Potato(उबले आलू) - 1-2
    * Onion(प्याज़)
    * Tomato (टमाटर)
    * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
    * Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया)
    * Raita Boondi(रायता बूंदी) - Soaked
    * Masala(मसाला)
    * Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
    * Sweet Chutney(मीठी चटनी)
    * Curd(दही)
    * Sev/Namkeen(बारीक़ सेव)
    * Cherry(चेरी)
    * Chaat Papdi(चाट पापड़ी)
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐡𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚:
    For Poha Snacks - Wash some Flattened Rice and put some hot Water, Lemon Juice, Sugar in it & cover it & keep it for Some minutes.
    For Tadka - Keep the tadka pan on the flame, put Oil, soaked Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Fennel Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, some Curry Leaves and cook it for 2 minutes. After that, take out the soaked Poha in a steel parat/plate, then put chopped Onion, boiled & grated Potatoes, Green Chilies. Put the Tadka, some Coriander Leaves, Roasted Peanuts, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Mango Powder, Chat Masala and Gram Flour. Mix them well & bind the dough and make the heart shape or any shape of snacks. Fry them in medium-heated oil and make them crispy. Serve the Crispy Poha Snacks with ring shape chopped Onion, long chopped Green Chili, Sauce and Mayonnaise.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐚𝐭 :
    In a bowl, take some White Flour/Maida, Corn Flour, Arrowroot & some Salt. Make the lumps-free batter by adding some water to it. Then add some Oil & Turmeric Powder & mix well. Take a serving spoon & dip it in the Oil, then wipe it with tissue paper & then dip it in the Batter & fry it in the medium heated Oil. (When the Papdi is fried, it automatically leaves the serving spoon). In this way, make all the Papdi/Tokri/Katori.
    For Masala - Take some Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder & some Dried Mango Powder & mix them all.
    For Filling - In a bowl, take some boiled & salted White Pea/Chhole, some boiled Potato, finely chopped Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, soaked Raita Boondi, mixed Masala, Green Chutney, Sweet Chutney & mix all well.
