Primary Management - Discussion Programme Behaviour

The Teachers TV programme features a panel discussion of two different approaches to behaviour used in two different schools. The panel consists of the two head teachers whose schools are discussed with Professor Andy Miller, who trains educational psychologists at Nottingham University and Giles Barrow, an educational consultant and independent trainer. Eileen Ross, the headteacher of a South London primary school employs an assertive discipline-style programme whereas Nicky Rosewell, headteacher of a middle school in Harrow adopts a transactional analysis approach.
