Quick question - If starting a shop selling physical products (POD), can you share your opinion on what might make a useful (and customer attracting) freebie to give away? I was thinking something like a sticker, or perhaps even a mug (possibly at a loss). Or is a discount code better for shop's selling physical products? Would love to hear of your experience with this.
Thanks friend, glad this was useful! I would say yes a discount code would be great and appealing, but it could also be a guide or any sort of digital offering that’s relevant in serving your customers/ideal audience.

I'm on first page for some keywords but no sales why is that?
Low conversion can be due to several different factors- I’d look at improving some elements of the listing itself- price point, photos, description, variation options, etc.
