For those thinking the deputy chief did not touch AFA’s camera, slow down the video and zoom in. She touched stick and looked as if in the progress of grabbing the stick, the stick was in the gap between the thumb and index finger, the thumb remained straight but the index finger was starting to wrap around the stick, if Josh didn’t pull it away so fast she very well could of grasped the stick, but because he pulled away so fast, the index finger only partially curled

Carly saw and experienced what she was feeling at the time, which was she was angry with you guys, saw you all as troublemakers, and she immediately assumed the foot was in the way, deliberately. I think she was wrong and prejudged the entire situated. Remember, this office was told ahead of time, auditors were coming, so the employees were on their guard.

Carly was pissed from the second you guys arrived. She was rude and aggressive. Certainly not the kind of public employee we all need to be “serving” us. That deputy chief should have just moved away instead of trying to prevent you from filming her badge, that was unprofessional on her part and so she never took your complaint, and the chief avoids having a meeting with you as he doesn't want to write-up his officers and considers you a nuisance auditor. Not a very good look for the town. Seem public employees, the official town manager, doesn't know how to be courteous and exhibit good customer service etiquette. The town clerk Susan was great in helping you.

The Deputy Chief commented assault and then tries to hide from complaint by blocking you from talking to the Chief. This town wants to look bad and have law suits as they just keep giving and giving.

So I think what happened with the guys foot is when that lady first went into the room she was expecting the door to close behind her by itself because it's a self closing door and went it didn't close automatically she just assumed he was intentionally holding the door open then she went crazy

I know that your action, post assault, may seem flippant and unnecessary but their level of accountability must in fact be transparent and have more scrutiny than required as common citizens. You can be assured that if you had pushed her camera away from getting a close-up of Willy you would have witnessed immediate enforcement of a known law's violation.
