Thanks homie! I'm working on getting the tune right for the 50cc plenum version on this clapped out .25 Condor SS I just bought. Also working with the vendor to create an adjustable tophat. The folks at Huben are really awesome and are very interested in my input into making some additional products and innovations! Stay tuned, man!

What I like about the Airforce Condors and Talons is that they are made in the USA. I think the Talon SS in .22 cal was probably the first PCP I got more than 20 years ago. It was a good pellet rifle for the times but these Airforce rifles are stuck in the past with so many manufactures offering air guns with so many more updated features for the price. The least Airforce could do would be to regulate the rifle to use higher fill pressures and eliminate the limited shot curve. Being a single shot it is limiting for pesting and quick follow up shots. Of course to do a multi-shot would probably require a new rifle design which I believe they should do. I few years back I added a regulator and steel bottle to my Talon and it did improve performance but the cheek weld and shouldering ergonomics is not great. I'm sure you are having fun doing this project as I did mine but for the money there are better more versatile rifles out there to own.
I've had my Talon SS for 20 years also! Such a reliable utility rifle! You're right about Airforce needing to update. Single shot is fine, in my opinion, but at least throw a reg/plenum on there at this point. I sent them my method of regulating the gun but not sure they are interested. I think we will see it at some point in the future, though, just not sure when!

I think I'm at like 11.5 but I have the 95g TalonTunes hammer in it. Check out the new video I just posted. They now offer a model that accepts your factory valve!

What bottle are you using on your set up? I would like if it has the same threads as the stock condor valve.
Condor valve is M18 threaded and so are these bottles. There are links for everything in the comments/descriptions for you guys. Thanks if you use my Amazon links, they are the only thing that powers the channel since I refuse to monetize on UA-cam and make you guys sit through lame commercials.

Set your regulator pressure at 2000 to 2200 and you will get the most out of the rifle.
Not on a 22cc plenum you won't. I smacked that thing all the way down to 100bar (1450psi) and the highest performance was where I started at 180 bar
With all those shots you can get now with that tank, its ashame the rifle doesn't have a magazine. If it did ? I would think some 22nrl competition would be possible. You wouldn't have to keep topping off you tank.
It's still possible if you're a fast reloader! Just not ideal
I have the UK version the Gunpower Shadow 2 which is marketed as sub 12ftlb. Unfortunately due to the style of valve and gun structure there is no Plenum and so as the bottle pressure drops the valve dwell time increases resulting in increasing power output to illegal levels. It was a no brainer this gun should have been regulated in its OEM format and as a sub 12ftlb rifle was and is not fit for purpose. It went back to them twice and eventually came back in a totally inoperative state with them giving no explanations or offer of a refund or compensation. The importers are a disgrace to the trade. With the only options being legal action, scrap it or modify it, I elected to do the latter and fitted a Huben reg with a new 350cc 300 bar aluminium cylinder to reduce the now increased length of pull. A doddle to do I set the reg initially to a quite modest 60 bar and low and behold it produced a VERY consistent 11.6ftlb from 300bar down to 80 bar (enough for me as I didn't want to go lower though it might well have done) increasing the tiny LEGAL shot count of about 30 to a staggering 300+ and that was in a cylinder 150cc SMALLER than the 500cc OEM bottle. No tuning of the gun was required so I got very lucky. What was a pile of scrap is now a deadly accurate rifle. Not the prettiest or easy to load rifle but it is now perfectly useable.

That gun should be shooting 50fpe like mine. I have another video, just search "Talon Plenum" and you'll find it. I cobbled together a pretty neat setup
Can you help me to answer my question , i have PCP hammer spring can't open well Valve spring when air 2500 PSI , but when air come to 1800 PSI its open well and have great power , If install regulator 1800 output does those Hummer spring can open Valve spring well when air in tube are 2500 PSI ?
It sounds like this regulator is EXACTLY what you need. Set it for 1800psi and you're good to go! Tons of shots per fill and all very consistent!

Even 50cc version is a pellet reg .. really well made but no heavy slugs at all .. unless you bump the pressure way hi .. why ..? and I noticed that in one of the reviews their valve sistem is to small to flow .. it would be great if they shipped with the possibility to use the factory condor valve that flows way more air .. but in my case since I knew it I buy it for pellet use.. but will not buy another unless I could use the factory AF valve.. they are planning to make a 100cc version tell them to make it without the valve..
I know this because I have both setup the huben and a custom made in US both 50cc and the custom one make twice the power or more at 1900 psi than the huben ,only because I could use the factory AF valve.
100% spot on. I already told them they should just make this so you can use your own valve. That would be a solution for more power. I'm still pumping like 60fpe out of my .25 though with the 50cc version
