GregTech New Horizons - Episode 37 - Diamonds from saplings

Hey everyone!
Welcome back to another episode of my GregTech adventure! In this episode, I find a way to get diamonds passively from leftover saplings from the tree farm.
I am running into a situation where I need diamonds and sure I can mine them and process them down but what if I could make them with garbage materials I am already accumulating. I have talked about this process in the past but I now am getting around to putting it together.
Also, in this episode, I make a portable scanner which will come in handy for troubleshooting systems and scanning our crops.

I love the thunderstorms. I had flickering chest issues two years ago. I wonder if it's related to the holo glasses?
Logistics Pipes are so cool! (for early game).
Whenever I start a new GTNH world, I use the Steve's Carts and Sprinklers and the EnderIO Item Node with the World Interface(?) to grow endless glow flowers for gold and redstone. I make those for the quests anyway, and never figured out what else to use them for.
I never thought that doing bio-diamonds was worth it, but this looks very interesting. OMG, auto-diamonds. :)

I haven’t played with Steve’s cart but I want to try and use it somewhere. Looks fun.
Did the GTNH guys make the storms sound better or is that normal Minecraft storm sounds?
The bio diamonds was a fun project. It’s really slow right now but I think as I upgrade the tree farm it will speed up a little.

Yeah logistics pipes is coming in handy. Obviously not AE but it’s helping quite a bit.

Have you played GTNH before? How far have you ever gotten in a previous world?
