BTS 4R100 Teardown Part 1

I have a long time customer that came in for a cab swap and engine replacement. After completing that project we noticed that the transmission wasn't acting 100%. The problem got worse with time so we pulled the transmission out of the truck. I suspect a failed converter but we also had slipping in 3rd and Overdrive. We found a lot of clutch material in the pan. The unit was built by Brian @ BTS truck shop approximately 9 years ago. Besides a converter/input shaft failure a few years back, this unit has not been touched. I perform a teardown on it and measure everything in order to put it back together exactly how it came apart. The transmission did fine for well over 100,000 miles at 400+ horsepower so my goal was just to refresh it.
