From what I've gathered, it was like that mostly during the earlier (before 'PR:IS) seasons/series. From the descriptions, it sounded mostly like the problems of a studio struggling to get a new product out, and taking it out on those down the line.
not all seasons. early saban era was aparantly a nightmare, i'am not sure where it stopped i believe around in space or lost galaxy things became fine, i think the show went union. Disney seemed okay they where just a little strict when it came to props and other things. but aparently neo-saban is a nightmare to work for. but most ranger actors do hate saban, even the during time force when things where good they still hate saban, but love the franchise.
What a shame that Matt Austin wasn't there. From what I've seen on other panels, he has the most knowledge of S.P.D. among all his fellow actors. He would have rocked this quiz. :)

They had the time portal guns. Wes could have been given one before dying so therefore he still could be Sky's dad. Also if you go by Time Force logic, only Wes could have been Time Force Red when shown in the flashback episode of Sky remembering his dad.
Coincidentally Blue ranger actor was in Diary of the dead 2 years after spd and Pink ranger actor was in Supernatural the episode wear the girl got her head burned by those voodoo coins Man Thses guys were so Hip in 2005 n come on Jack Bridge n Sky stole our Hearts
