The Division 2 | Loot Goblin | Oh Carol

Loot goblin is at it again, and they've added a new named item to his holiday season loot pool. So not only does he still drop the Sleigher snowball gun and the Chill Out mask, but he now has a marksman rifle called the Oh Carol. This is a limited time event, so make sure you log in before January 31 to get these items if you missed them in the past year.
In this video, I'll show you how to get the loot goblin to spawn.

I got mine from the summit, its also another easy way to get this item. (side note I was running it on normal bcuz my pc account has no gear lol)

I got mine at level 7, literally was just coming out of the safehouse (Final Epiphany) and he ran past me and out of I stick I opened up on him and he dropped the level 30 'Oh Carol". I'm unsure how stats are at end game as the damage looks niiiice, but it's tempted to sell it or scrap it as I have no need to use it/want to use it at level 30

I cant get the mask to drop at all I killed him at least a hundred times I am only lvl23 though
