Thank God. They had the idea to convert this place to resort and saving the nature. Had they thought of selling it to some builders, think of the situation. It would have got converted into high apartments with all facilities but no nature around. It's an wonderful experience we had lifetime experience in captain boathouse for more than two days homestyle hospitality done by aji anna boat driver and Srikanth anna cook food were unexpectedly made me to forget my home food😂 so special Kerala and South Indian cuisine which was just mouth watering I was there when anna cooked for us no packed artificial masala everything was handmade with lots of care it just feel like we were at home in this ectic lifestyle on continuous work my husband just kept his mobile away and had a valuable time with all his stress away. For sure without any second opinion just go for captain boathouse will definitely remind us for letting you know one of the best spot to enjoy by MR DINESHKUMARAN & MRS MYTHILY DINESHKUMARAN
