- The Quad Con Comic and Toy Show has now been held at Crossroads shopping mall in St. Cloud, Minnesota, for two years. During these shows, held twice a year, you are able to buy from over 50 vendors, artists, and authors. Items from many movie and comic franchises are available, including a lot of Star Wars action figures and merchandise. I checked out the show last year and enjoyed it so I decided to check it out again this spring. The show was held April 13 - 14, 2024.
This spring I bought several action figures from the late 1990s and early 2000s. Many of them are from Star Wars The Power Of The Force series. I picked up a few that I know I already have in my collection, and I picked up some figures that I think I am missing. If I am wrong I will have more doubles than I thought. Join me as I show you what I found at this spring's Quad Con Toy Show.

I love Power of the Force 2 stuff. There are a lot of figures that were done in that era that actually haven't been done since then. Like Aunt Beru and Lak Sivrak. We only just this year finally got a new 8-D8.
I agree. The Power of the Force figures were great, and many had awesome accessories. To bad times have changed since then.
Great haul! I love The Power of the Force 2 and Shadows of the Empire. I also came across Darth Vader’s Medical Droid recently and found it to be a very interesting and cool figure. Great prices as well!
Actually, after I made the video, I remembered that the figures bought at Granite City Comics were $10 each or 3 for $20. So less than $7 each!
Nice pickups Steve! I’d love to see you vlog at the next con you go to
I thought of doing a Vlog while I was at the quad con at Crossroads shopping mall but I just didn’t quite feel right recording myself in a public space like that. I guess I’m just not used to it yet. We’ll have to see about this fall when it comes back.
@@utbmystarwarscollection I get that. Start by recording the stuff in front of you such as the tables, instead of yourself. You can add in voice over later
Good figure's for $10 apiece! Watto's is so cool! Good finds Steve! I just found out Jon Favreau is leaving Star Wars. It just keeps getting worse...Hw was the best they had to offer.
Thanks for watching! I saw that headline on a UA-cam video tonight but I did not watch it yet. I think I will just enjoy the Bad Batch and forget about any new Star Wars news until next week or month. 😉
I agree. Love your positivity on the issue!
Excellent video Steve. Great pickups, lots of unique figures. Do you end up selling your doubles to reinvest in more purchases?
So far I have not sold any of my doubles, but as I get older I am thinking about it more. Thanks for watching!
