That was you! I thought you looked familiar. We had the same waiters for dinner! It was a great cruise! Thanks for your reviews and the websites you share.
Very informative video. I am sailing on the freedom of the seas next week and I would like to know if you did your covid tests at a pharmacy for you and your husband? If so does Royal accept the printed copy of your results from the pharmacy or do they want an actual copy from the lab? This is my first time cruising with Royal Caribbean.
Yes, we all did the rapid PCR tests at Walgreens. I had the printout of the results with us and they were accepted without question. You just needs to make sure the date is visible.
I am looking to book for a Christmas cruise. I have cruised several times and have never seen a room like this. Do you mind me asking, what room number and floor was this room on so I can see if I can book this same room please?
You should check out my video on Best & Worst Staterooms on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas ua-cam.com/video/8QsulXAFH3g/v-deo.html I talk about these there. There are only 4 on them on the ship. There are 2 more interior that don’t have tubs. There are also 8 similar type rooms in Oceanview, again no tubs
Hi Shannon, on the Freedom of the Seas deck map, it shows a blank space next to these staterooms. I've heard that these areas can get noisy. Did you experience any of that on this cruise? Sincerely, a light sleeper!
@@ShannonFord The one you showed in the video, the "spacious promenade interior" I think it's called. All four are on the same area of the ship and they all have the same blank space on each deck. Just curious if you heard any extra noise or had any aggravations from that, being in this room. Thanks!
@@brittmce gotcha. Sorry, weVe been on freedom a few times. We had no issues with noise. My only issue was the room setup because certain areas were tight. But this was sooo minor. Having the true bunk beds was amazing and a bath tub! Just the best!
@@ShannonFord I realized that you were a Floridian after I asked the question. A little more research on my part and I would’ve caught that. We’re from Pennsylvania and it’s currently 28 degrees. 68 will feel amazing. I’m watching your final video now. Thank you so much for your prompt response and helpful information.
Sounds like you guys had a good time! Question about the photo package: did you have to schedule the pictures, or were they just kind of waiting at points of interest? (like at Disney, lol)
No schedule, just walk up and take them. Very little wait if any. They also were on the beach at CocoCay. We had the 50 print package and 53 pics were taken.
My son and I did our first cruise on Freedom of the Seas in September because of you guys. Wouldn’t it be nice to cruise together with you and Rider? :) My son is about the same age as your son.
Great video and you two look fun to party (responsibly) with!

LOL. You should have said hi!
Yes, it was an amazing cruise
I love y’all’s suitcases!
Thanks

OMG! pick up early from school to go in a cruise, that’s could be every kids dream lol,so happy for him
@@josecamacho2429 actually we didn’t pick him up early. We waited for him to be dismissed. But he was still very excited.
I didnt even know a room like that existed, but I have only been on carnival. I would love to have my two kids in the stateroom, but still separated.
These are hidden gems for sure. I have a series on best and worst cruise staterooms on different Royal Caribbean ships and I try and point these out

Cruising next week. I noticed that many of you are wearing long sleeves, etc. Is it colder than expected? Thank you!
It was chilly. Ship can also be cold. Was it cold? No, but I also live in South Florida, so I’m freezing when it gets down to the 60s

@@ShannonFord We're headed out on the same (4 nights) itinerary in May, without the kiddos!
@@nicolefink4240 we are going back next month for a 2 night without our son. First trip alone for us since he was born.

That would be great. Rider struggles to make new friends sometimes.
I hope you all had a fabulous time
