I’m buying the 2021 model next year. Seems like a decent well rounded car to drive, both city and highway driving.

I have now a st 1.5 -> it's a rocket and very nice sportive car. But my first fiesta was one mk 8 1.0 100 manual gearbox (6). Many many pleasure to drive it (185.000 km); very dynamic, efficient and funny car. And the consumption => nix de nix ! (never much than 6.3 l/100, often 5.6-5.7).
What speed did you usually drive with that consumption?
@@10svenk Several time, I'm driving fast or sportly but never on great range. I have never use the eco mode but I'm driving "economic" to test the consumption. For your question: driving with great anticipation, that's mean brake used seldom, never gaz if I see that the red light.. is red; never above 2000/tm (2.200t/m at 120 km). You can make that and never be slow on road but at right the speed limit.
Attention: if you run only in city or on very short range... very bad for consumption.

Carworld has changed.. I remember Toyota Corolla 1.6 revving about 3500rpm @120km/h. Owning nowadays a Ecoboost Fiesta 1.0...Like it a lot!

I'm impressed how this 100hp car can go 211km/h. I've tested the 155HP and its not much faster.
I have the 80hp version and i can absolutely garantee that it wont go 211. Im actually having doubts it will go past 160.

@@pyramusk3264 the downhill slope is apparent from the camera. I think I've seen the 100HP do 190, 195 on flat.
@@boing7644 Maybe. But the 80hp is seriously slow that much I can tell you. I have a new car now but I remember the Fiesta do a 0-100 in around 16/17 seconds.

I own the older generation and atleast once a month I drive 560km one way and then back after 3 days. Feels almost better at roadtrips than my old bmw.
Not the 2015 version. I work 315 kilometers away and the car is kind of shaky when going faster than 130 Km/h. That said. This version in the video seems way better than mine. More steady and less noise in the cabine.

yes, ford fiesta ist einer der bequemste kleinwagen die ich je getestet habe, sonst mazda 2 (2020/2021) auch echt bequem

I have some doubts that this engine is the 100hp version....I have the same car, with the same engine and it doesn't exceed 200km/h..
At 95 hp version we hit Over 200 kmh too, but you see, in the video some parts was downhill thats why more than 210 kmh :)
But on plain flat road it need long time to reach 200 kmh

Wie schafft ein 100 PS Fiesta 210 kmh und ein 125 PS Fiesta nur knapp über 200 kmh???
Vielleicht ein anderes Getriebe -> andere Übersetzung
Ich glaube das das Bergab ist. Da wo es für mich gerade zu sein scheint fährt er 190. Das passt zu den offiziellen Angaben.

I has one... It's really that. just below 3000 rpm at 150 and 2.200 rpm at 120... Very efficient engine = rarely over 6l/100 km.
Wet timing belt, non keyed crankshaft, wtf ford?
hey, if it works it works. really easy to change belts on a non keyed crank if you get used to it.
the STOP does not exist for you...doesn't it ????....as the truck passed, it had to have stopped completely at the STOP....Badly done on your part.
