Just finished NG+ tonight and got Platinum Trophy on PS5. Not bad for a 57 year old gamer! I had 1 last seed to get (Golden Lotus Seed) farming in Turtle Island (Those Mini-Dune Worms). NG+ is far easier than the first time through. With Unified Mind and Pluck of Monkey's you can Boss Rush even difficult encounters. Wouldn't have done it without you Sensai so here's some beer money! Ayyy Red Haired Yaksha gang. That arrow hits like a TRUCK. He avgs like 3k-4k dmg on my build. One thing you’re overlooking is his effect. Spellbinder build with Erlang’s spear, a maxed out red hair Yaksha, and full Yaksha armor set is CRACKED. The swords it shoots hit for like 200-350 EACH
what I do with the Thousand Days Inebriation drink is, after my HP bar ist filled up, I press dodge immediately after so that I don't have to wait the lag. Works pretty good
16:25 you can do that with all spirits in fact it’s better with wandering wight. Do a four piece light attack combo into headbutt into light attack finisher and you’re pumping out crazy damage no matter what cycle you’re on. Although you’ll probably only get 2 casts per fight which is where non-able shines the most cuz you’ll get wayy more uses during a boss

15 seconds to replenish? That is very quick. I got the gourd, but I didn't bother to actually use it as I was blowing through the first two chapters of NG+ and about to finish chapter 3. And unlocking all portraits isn't so bad, really. Collecting seeds and collecting a soak tied to a plant, however, is some kind of insanity.
Unfortunately Mad Tiger is too clumsy. If the target is directly in front of you mid attack, he will miss a lot of times. It requires your target to be away from you or very still or it could just be the terrain but either way it's not very reliable. Not sure if they fixed it with the last update but I used it for my first playthrough but eventually had to drop it
Agreed there is a certain way I have to play it in order for it to hit and hit hard . I actually never try to hit the target directly in front but I go for a cleave attack instead. It’s more about the timing of it. And it lands every time. But your exactly right something two feet in front of your face he clean misses and it’s annoying😅

It only gets worse. I actually have completely changed the way I play the game. And now they can’t touch me and I destroy everything even on NG+ 4 and up Certain builds just don’t work after 2 cycles it’s sad because of the way they scale

Celestial birthstone makes you take more damage when poisoned for some reason even if you have 99 poison resistance taking 3 poison damage the birthstone will take it up to 12 it’s bugged for sure
That’s wild??? I will have to double check this. It seems like it’s ignoring resistances for everything not just the enemy but yourself as well which would make it useless. Or maybe this is by design
im missing a portrait from Ch.3, i killed all bosses an did the secret quest but it still says i didnt meet someone yet, now i haven't defeated the blacksmith tiger yet so idk if that could be it but this racking my brain 🥴
All thoes items and spirits and you forgot the golden helm unique effect that give ya 100 focus combine it with non able or any low qi spirit and you will spam those 4 focus hits

I'm on Chapter 3 of NG+ and I think I messed up and can't get the Horse Guai. I missed finding him in the first go around. Now I don't see him where he should be in chapter 2. What did I do wrong??? Lol 😭
I have everything since my NG+ but what i need now for 100% is that got damn jade seed.... Im running my 4th playtrough something bugged in my NG+++ so i didnt get the good ending. I wonder if this will make it so the magic that happens in ng++++ wont work. Anyone done 3 new games and had on with bad ending but still made a good one on 4th?

I'm currently running my 2nd ng+ after this imma take a break. While killing bosses is more easier they're damage output is staggering

You need the jade seed? You should be fine. You don’t need to worry about which ending you get as long as you get the jade see in chapter 5
