I am nearly finished NG++...so third playthrough. :p Even then, I have a huge appreciation for life saving strand, especially when I decide to go with spell binder. Made some dumb goofs in boss fights I should've not died from, and the resurrection bailed me. Also, got spoiled by the tenacity of the bull king's set, so I switched to the OG Wukong set to still get my high defence due to the relic points, but have to perfect dodge instead of hyper armor through an attack.
What you said about life saving strand spell combining with guanyin’s willow leaf and life preservation orb, remigration pill, azure dome are true. I used it to beat final boss broken shell in Ng++ and NG+++. Even some of the bosses with two phases in NG++++.
Beat NG+++ tommorow to unlock wukong stance. Now I'm at peace. Had to push myself to brink so i used bull staff and armour whole game💀 Then I met the sage and my relics were gone... But I beat him somehow
I always tell pple the Bull armor set (Head,arm and Feet) , mushroom transformation, needle, pellets, unified mind and the final lighting staff is OP.. No Boss can last more than 30 sec
Assuming you only have 2 bull king pieces, and you have Bull King's mask. Bull King's mask Golden Embroidered Shirt Bull King's bracers/Golden Armguard Golden Greaves/ Bull King's Greaves You lose the tenacity, but still get the focus regeneration from the mask + increase your attack when you use your spirit.
Upgrading the golden armor only adds def, not worth it for an early upgrade if you haven't acquired all unique effects from other armors. I'd say get the others first because you only get 12-ish celestial ribbons per cycle.
Try using the golden armor and boosting your crit chance with curios and pills. Use the banana fan vassel and pair the daoist fire basket with the flint vanguard spirit. Use mobile spin a lot and you will be able to get the flint spirit off more than once. With the build the flint vanguard fully maxed out it literally cuts yin tigers health in half. Like a 6k hit of damage

Once I figured out the stagger build that pretty much carried me for the rest of the game I'll see how far I go with it in new game plus. I feel like it's going to be a beast with the mythical staff that does lightning damage
That's wukong stance when you equip jingubang, and all 4 of wukong's armor. Only available in stone monkey and great sage fight in first playthrough, NG2, NG3. You'll unlock it as a bonus stance for all maps in NG4 if you completed the 3 previous cycles with true ending, filling up every relic slot.
They should do something like the dunce cap from Punch-Out; if you die enough times before a certain point, someone shows up and gives you Life Saving Strand
i like ur build , doesn't need high tier pills like loong aura amplification peels ,its hard to farm ingredients this is the build I've seen so far , thanks man to share ur builds
You'll have to activate weaver's needle before transforming into violet hail. Charge your blade with larva. Make sure 4 larva is planted by the needle (4 hits while u charge). Then use your transformation skill ( hive mind).
just so you know there is a secret armor set in chapter six which has more defense than the bull king set but you have to be in ng plus 4 because every time you get a relic i think it ups the defens by 50 i may be more just wanted to let you know
Hey man, thanks for that. Yea I do have that armor. however build 5's goal was not to have the most defense, but to have all curios, vessel, spirit, weapon, and spells work hand in hand. The focus build from bull king's mask and the tenacity from the full set enables you do light attack + double heavy atk non-stop without getting staggered.

Im confused on build two. I thought you had to hit the enemy with your infested blade before using Hive Mind, unless I just completed misunderstood how the transformation works.
Yes you do. However with weaver's needle, you don't have to. As I have explained in the video, by activating weaver's needle. Every needle pierce infests the boss with larva as you charge your blade.
Is anybody else having a bug where the death stinger doesn’t apply poison to you when you drink? Same with the NG+ staff that supposed to put shock on you? It’s just not applying the affects to myself so I’m not getting any of the damage buffs

I'm sorry, this video is for those who are in late game to Ng+(++++). If you are new to the game, there's not much build you can do except choosing a stance and increasing any other sparks that suits your playstyle. Reading and memorizing enemies'movements will help a bunch too. All the best.
That intro was amazing and the jug build how u use the ring of fire to get more chi was vary smaet woth the spear stance animation jumpin in and out vary cool
May I know what is your level? As for yin tiger, you'll eventually beat him fairly easy if you are at a higher level. I'm not saying it's not possible at a lower level, just that it'll be much easier later on if find him hard now.
Like every boss u struggle with, determination and patience is the best build. Honesty, play slower when facing him. U need to learn when his attack animations end so ur not panic dodging. Remember u get 3 consecutive dodges only then its really slow when tryna do a 4th consecutive dodge. Also, the wandering wight spirit u get from the beginning is the best u can use at that point. I didnt put sparks into any of the other stances at that point. Just dodges, health, stamina, and immobilize. Actually, i beat my first play through using only smash stance. I was barely learning how to use the other stances halfway through chapter 4 on NG+😂
Is there a service that I can pay like 20-25$ for someone to beat ng+++++ wukong for me ? 😂 I’m on cycle 4 or 5 at this point and wukong has me soooo angry I can’t do it 😂😂
