peopel do so as if its a doom of the world scenario, if you have to play through the game 3x instead of 2 times to get Plat... once you have played through the game, you can roush through mostly everything anyways , unless you want a truly 100% game at the end, which requires you to play through max lily way anyway twice, so that you can get all nanosuits, as its a requirement to get to one specific place thats otherwise locked to you if you dont max lily before going there - Eidos 9, where you will find various things that you can get only from there, including some nanosuits and in order to get all naosuits, you have to recollect all suits from the first playthrough in the NG+ from the exact same spots again, which means lgically you new 2 playthroughs minimum for that with 100% Lily... once you have done that... took on first playthrough the secret ending with 100% lily, took second playthrough not the pill, then you can rush through the game basicalyl in story mode (again) through the whole game - even faster than before, due to NG+ buffing you up with more skills and better equipment and just do the bare minimum on last run for Lily to ensure, she reaches not 100% for the last ending when taking the pill..seriously no big deal ... you need to do all this anyway for Platinum because some enemies are only locked behind these paths and secret area as also Save Points, that you need to find all, which you cant get if you never get to Eidos 9 nobody is rushing anyone..just take all the time it needs..platinum doesnt care about how many runs you needed, no ass asks about this later, just enjoy the game in your pace, the game is grindy enopugh with all these reskin suits to find.. where I wish it woudl have been not just simple reskins, woudl have made NG+ far more rewarding

Just beaten the game for my 1st play through now (haven’t fight Adam as I chose the Making New Memory ending). The Bosses difficulty is quite linear in the sense that earlier Bosses are easier and getting more challenging in the last 4 Bosses. Even though I had a hard time with Providence but I still think it’s manageable, at least I beat it in around 30-40 minutes. Not unachievable kind of difficult in gaming history but definitely above average. I think overall Raven is harder than Providence. Her move is harder to dodge and parry, since her move are just as agile and quick as Eve! If you find Adam is easier than Providence, than I would probably say Raven will be the hardest on my list.

I don’t know how but I beat the brothers of mei on my first try with a damage reduction build basically reducing damage to almost nothing with the bull King armor getting massive focus I feel so good right now

Maximum focus regeneration/crit chance with the new staff is THE build for me. For armor I use the chest and feet of the Gale set for added focus from perfect dodges, then ochre arms for added crit chance after using focus, then blindfold. With the Rat Imperial Guard for more perfect dodge focus, and the Amber prayer beads I can go from zero focus to 1 full point with a single perfect dodge. This allows you to See Through attacks with smash stance again. Whenever you build 4 points with dodges or see throughs you fire it off with the dodge thrust attack so it’s instant, then build crit chance with repeating thrust. Since you can See Through attacks with thrust stance even with no focus, and the timing window and hitbox for the thrust stance See Through is gigantic, it serves as the perfect way to begin regenerating focus again so you can switch directly back to Smash stance. It is the most synergistic counter build I’ve played yet.

Running 5 hours on the Three Tigers with all the 9 curses and still haven't defeat them yet 🤣

For the spell binder build, you can activate wind tamer at the beginning of the fight when the enemy approaches you, then activate your spell binder. For black bear guai, you need to get close n stay around his legs and staff spin to build up your max focus then hit heavy attack. Dodge sometimes when he goes crazy with his moves. Rinse and repeat. I used spell binder every fight that way and go in to just smash light attack or if you can, staff spin for fast focus gain. Immediately hit heavy when your focus is max. Remember when your health is over half, you can’t be interrupted and use th opportunity to get see through. Yaksha king initial powerful move can be canceled when you activate wind tamer. Then use spirit to put the shield in front of you and active your spell binder, go in for your light attacks n gain focus points. Basically this build with spell binder, once you activate spell binder, you will go in and go crazy with your light attacks. Keep an eye out for your gourd and health. You can drink without being interrupted by putting iron pellet in your drink. I would use jade dew (2 laurel buds and iron pellet).

Yo I tried this build . I kept my green orb curios in my 5th slot . It took me 4 tries before I got to Erlang in the Mei Brothers challenge and beat him when I did . The crazy part is I lost a life saving strand in the first fight of the challenge. I haven't tried the build on the final challenge (Relic Holder Challenge), , but I will . I didn't use the dark iron staff. I use the stormflash loong staff. It probably wasn't ideal for this build , but it got the job done (Lol) . Thanks . 💯

I beat it on my fifth try. The last boss was definitly one of the hardest bosses in the game and i loved it it was very fun. Btw this is a good build but ill tell you the one i used cuz i have nothing better to do so i used the Golden thing armour for the QI i used the qing malltet i used immobilize rock solid azure dust and life saving strand with 3 cats eyed beads and tiger tendon belt and stone tiger tally ive used the weavers needle and the Apramãņa Bat thats it hope it helps some people Use the xiang river gourd or the supreme gourd the xiang river one is better tho

for some reason the game is stuck at the last boss I had to fight him again and now it wants me to fight him again a 3th time it will not let me go back to xion it starts me at the end after the game is done it just goes back to the last boss that happened after that trash update

Are you planning on doing a demo for the previous fights? I like the idea behind the boss rush mode. I am not satisfied with the execution. I think you should be able to adjust difficulty, just like in 1v1. The rewards for these gauntlets are… not spectacular. I got a poison staff from the bug themed boss rush that is only mildly better than the one I typically use

I think the update mess the game up I beat the last boss and trying to find all of them cans and the game load me back at the last boss I dont want to fight that boss again this is not where I was I was in xion and now the game put me in the wrong place
