Lol not exactly what we were going for. But close lol
Fer sure. I used to run then my doctor told me it was ruining my knees. Plus I found out that it doesn't help endurance for basketball at all. It's amazing how repeated movements like a boxing jab, bouncing a basketball, swinging a golf club, can wear you out lol.
My handle actual got worse. Not cuz of the without lol no the workout made me realize it. I had kind of improved during the pandemic then slacked off
Preciate the workout would you be able to do one that has hesis involved, or a double and then a hesi?
