The judge was absolutely paying attention to the demeanor of the wolf in sheep’s clothing, he continuously looked at her when the victim impact statements were being read. She showed no remorse the entire time, it’s absolutely one of the most disturbing, disgusting, and evil demeanor’s I’ve ever witnessed!!

It's by design. Her goal is always to send the message of "you aren't hurting me or making me suffer, I am doing great!" Big defiant ego. It's her way of getting back at what she perceives as her "haters".. She thinks she's making her haters suffer.

i was moved by the victim impact statements, but my tears dried up when lori started talking. when i got caught skipping class in high school i should have just said my calculus teacher visited me as a ghost and rubbed my shoulders and told me i hadn't done anything wrong and she was busy mowing the lawn in the spirit realm or whatever tf she was talking about.
those poor kids. i wonder if they were blindsided by it, or if they watched her getting more and more erratic. how terrifying.

I used to be against the death penalty, but after seeing these heinous crimes I'm appalled that this murderer gets to live rent free, in an air conditioned prison, with fresh running water, food, and clean clothing. It's a disgrace that we're paying for a life far better than any 3rd world country to these monsters. Shameful.

I against it too. Mainly because we’ve put so many to death that were posthumously exonerated and I have a hard time with the state playing god, grand and jury. But for Lori - pull the plug. Although I’d love for her most to live a long long life. Watching herself age without plastic surgery, hair appts.. I’d prefer she be on death row tho until her dying breath. 23 hours of segregation. No friends. No cell mates.

I am normally pro death penalty. In this case, I am happy, she didn't get the death penalty, because there was no chance they would actually carry it out in Idaho. Plus, she would've been in protected isolated custody with special provisions as a DP inmate. This way she is in the general pop and doesn't get the special provisions that D.P. prisoners get. I'm glad she gets to rot forever as her looks continue to dwindle, and any chance of freedom is gone forever. Enjoy, Lori!

Tammy's sisters statement of "no act of god will save you from your fate, no walls tumbling down, no angels come to rescue you because you are NOT an exalted being, you are not special" absolutely hit home. This woman allowed herself to believe such blasphemy to her own religion, and allowed that god complex to become more important than her children's lives.

Do you think she really believed all that, though? I'm only asking because I think she's just a malignant narcissist who went along with Daybell's script because it fueled her plan to be with a new man and no longer be burdened with children. It seems like she craved a more sexually exciting life with a new man while maintaining a wealthy lifestyle (through massive insurance payoffs from multiple family deaths) more so than needing to feel special or caring anything about God or spiritual matters. You don't suddenly become that delusional. A malignant narcissist shape shifts into whatever feeds their selfishness. For a long time, Lori probably got a lot of emotional pay off for being viewed as a godly wife and saintly mother of an adopted autistic child. But she didn't even struggle with the concept of killing her kids for being "Zombies" which I think even a delusional person who truly had maternal affection for her children would. Her many prior marriages seem to suggest that she loses interest in her current life and partners quite easily and routinely. Chad was just her latest escape. One of her former friends who cut off ties recalls that Lori laughed at her sinisterly and said, "You are so gullible. You simply believe anything I tell you." Sometimes we overlook just how manipulative and evil people can be solely because they want what they want.

How can so many strangers feel so much sadness over that woman's actions, yet she sits there still acting as though she did nothing wrong. Keep the memory of those taken alive and like Tammy's sister said I also chose to forget that evil woman but never her actions or how twisted the actions of those who think they are better than others can become. The saddest part about this is that at the moment her own children realized they were being killed, a lifetime of lies came to light. Every cuddle was a lie, every kiss a deception, every time their mother said “I love you” was a filthy display of dishonesty!
Why was it a lie? It was a lie because those actions are those of a caring mother. These children thought their mother loved them, they thought they were cherished and precious to their mother, only to unfortunately find out it was all lies!
There is a sacred trust in parenthood! There is an inate desire to love, cate for and treasure one’s young! This kind of act is absolutely horrible because it flies in the face of everything good, kind and decent!

I could not believe the defence quoted his wife as Saying that Jesus Christ was not a prosecutor! Jesus was and is an advocate for sinners - but he is so for those who repent of their sin and then chose to live a life to please him. Also, do not forget that when he returns he will come as a judge and it will be too late then for people to be sorry! There is a loving urgency in New Testament teaching that calls us to repent - for one day we will be judged and either face the wrath of God or be welcomed into his kingdom.
