No doubt,..Loris evil black siren spirit swooned the Az police dept that handled the before & the aftermath of Charles death,..he literally begged the police dept to do something to protect not just himself but his step children and the man even still loved & honored his witch of a wife at least to the extent of caring for Loris well being,..but Charles was abandoned by every single person in his life as well as the judicial system and his local police dept,..his basic human rights were not protected or even given or valued at every level,..this man paid the ultimate price w his own life! Total & gross neglect & incopentece of massive porportions!!! Such a tragedy esp since if Charles had been taken more serious as it should've been investigated & followed thru w all parties and if so then maybe Tammy,Jj & Tylee would still be alive & well! I do not say this lightly but defense opening statement may be the worst I have ever heard before. If he is trying to get the jury to like or feel bad for his client, I hope the jury is smarter than that and base their decision on the evidence.

He knows he brought a knife to a gunfight) If this isn't a death penalty case, what the hell are they waiting for? A more heinous crime? Good luck finding that, if Fabio Daybell gets the needle so should she. Defense Lawyer Thomas is a bona fide goon who throughout the first week or so of this trial errantly tried to apply ID Rule 16 B 6 to dismiss witnesses, even though the judge clearly explained multiple times that he is misinterpreting the rule. Thomas strikes me as someone who does passive aggressive, underhanded things just to grate the nerves of the people around him. He must love turmoil. I guess he chose the right profession LOL.
