i love the mouse theory about her starting the rumors to keep them together then someone using that i can see that
the casting director/recruiter must have a type cos all the dudes kinda look & act similar. maybe instead of adding new side characters, they couldve gave the males their individual storylines so we can get to know them a bit more

you’re the only person in these comments who thinks they know for sure what is and isn’t happening, it’s gonna be pretty embarrassing when it turns out that you were very wrong.
i really do think the behind the scenes photo is a body double but also if it was ash that would be MY villain origin story like… I’d have to erase this show from my memory forever and forget it ever happened that’s how much an ash reveal would ruin me.. like the writers trying to make ME the villain if that’s the case

My theory is on Kelly's mom. She went through a lot... she was already kind of cooky. So wouldn't surprise me if she snapped. At the moment its hard to see any motive
the church has to be connnected to bloody rose, either rose went there or kellys mom is the killer after last year and being brainwashed from being there

I like how it's like a Scream/Carrie mashup. Sometimes TV produceers can't pull it off and it becomes corny or too much. But I really like what they are doing in this show.
Now this episode finally gets me on board. It felt great they let the characters shine and left the horror aside for a bit

So I'm guessing sandy was staying with a family friend or something for the summer Millwood. After bloody rose killed her, she sent a message to the people sandy was staying with saying she was going back home.. so her family thinks she's still in Millwood but the people she's staying with think she left and went home?
Maybe cause its during summer its a kinda church sleep away camp..? That would be the only thing that made sense to me.

okay waittt I'm catching up - as of now I'm kinda all in on Mrs. Beasley.... we've already seen her stab Tom last season so she can be violent when she feels justified and knowing the real Rose Waters was super religious so there could be a connection... AND the pll podcast Call An Adult got a response from Sandy's actress when they joked about her coming back as a zombie (cuz she slays) and the actress said they might not be that far off - maybe Karen's bed still being in the room points to the culty church trying to resurrect Karen at some point in the style of some American evangelical churches?
The plot in this season is underwhelming… Its giving scooby doo vibes. Like at the end the villian will be tied up and they will unmask them. Dont get me wrong, original sin is a fun campy show, but i think its going off the rails, it started good with a real mystery (like the og pll) but its developing into a more goofy plot… (like the og pll with the cgi masks). It doesnt surprise me (riverdale) but i just thought this season would take a serious route, with character development and a real threat. The only realistic character development im seeing is Faran… Imogen is also a good character, but the actress (she seems lovely) but her acting gives off Hallmark channel acting, its a hard watch at times… Idk ill keep watching because i love how they merge it with the og pll… but i feel it will get worse.
If Ash is bloody rose and dressing up as a woman as a trans man is fine like GotMik from drag race is a trans man and does drag with fem presenting characters but i think depends on the person
Dr Sullivan has Their phone number too and someone could have broken into her office it’s happened before .
i’m pretty sure the play is gonna be some jonestown type thing. she didn’t want imogen to come bc she wants her alive. that’s my theory at least!
