I'm wondering if you found the zip up sleepers useful, or decided to get some button ones too? I don't see it much, but as a new mom I used to love the button up sleepers for night time diaper changes. I could then unbutton just the bottom part instead of exposing the belly and chest. Yes, it's takes some practice to do button up sleepers correctly with low light, but I felt there was a usefulness to them.
