I work in Assurance (Audit). Work hours is not fixed all time. It depends on seasons. It's beneficial to work in big4 when you are doing for a limited time. It will add brand in your CV. And trust people are crazy about Big4.
I am a B.com graduate and also a CMA finalist. I got the job due to B.com hons qualification. Yes they do hire trainees but I am not aware of any right now. You have to check it from career portal. But you have to flexible about location.

Hello brother 👋 Dekho ye nhi bolenge ki English chahiye hi nhi CMA me ya baad me. Bina English ka CMA ya future corporate life chalega hi nhi. This is for sure. Now you have to decide ki aap khud ko develop kar paoge ki nhi. Ye itna muskil nhi hai. Hum khud Bengali medium ke sarkari school se padhe hue hai and Sarkari college se. Phle bohot dikkat hota tha phle. But dhire dhire ho jayega. Aapko Sashi Tharoor nhi Banna hai. Baas thoda padhke samjhna and thoda sa likhna ana chahiye baas. Kyuki commerce ke most terms to sab english me hi hai. Like asset ko sab asset hi bolenge. My interview with EY gone very wrong because of English. But they selected me due to knowledge and confidence not because of my English. But definitely English is important. Now after working for 1.5 years I am fluent enough in english to communicate. It's upto you how you will take this challenge. And I know you can do it. Let's clear the foundation and Excel slowly and steadily. I hope you will comeback to me after clearing foundation. Hoping to hear back from you.

Brother this is how big 4 works. There is always a opportunity cost. Always you have to sacrife something to get something. Starting sallry might be around 35000-40000 per month.
For your information I am doing this as a job. I got it from my college campusing. And I have claimed exemption from articleship using this experience. I will make a video about the requirements for entering into Big 4.

Hii. I am also doing bcom hons from goenka college and preparing for cma inter. Just wanted to ask that do we get good placements after college and how do did you manage cma and college together?
Doing both things along side is difficult but it's the only way out. Cause if you start very late after graduation it will be too late. And also it will help you to adapt, as in Final you have to study far more syllabus with a full time Articleship or industrial training.
For placement it depends. In our batch of 2022 we got a good placement but not in 2023 batch. So it depends year on year and also connection of placement cell with company employees or HR.
Brother can you tell me from which college you have pursued your bcom hons degree and suggest me some better college in kolkata and i am also a bengali medium so please tell me about this question ❓
I myself studied in a Bengali govt school not even known college. So don't worry about schools. I have done graduation from Goenka College. It best in terms of money and sorroundings. I have spent only 4000 rs for 3 years grad including admission fees, which less than some colleges admission fees. But if you can afford then Xaviers is also gonna be a good college. B.com is comparatively an easy course and manageable with CMA and also there are a lots of subjects same as in inter. So start with your b.com and complete inter within your b.com. You will understand later what benefit you got. I saw a lots of friends started after b.com and now most of them are clueless. Please start with b.com and complete inter with b.com.

No CMA students can't do articleship in Big 4. But you can do job and claim exemption from articleship by filing Form 3.
