This car was previously tuned by Superchips BlueFin that made 350hp /780nm but the curves were very strange. After datalogging it became obvious the DPF had excessive back pressure which was killing the flow and therefore power.
BSR approx power is 410hp / 820nm will be dyno'ed next month

I love performance cars; I've owned such cars as an Astra GTE 16v, Peugeot 206 GTI, Audi A4 1.8T, Focus ST, Focus RS, Astra GTC VXR, Porsche Macan. Without exception, all have been modified and remapped. Sometimes I've used a generic remap, and others a custom remap. This time on my Audi A7 BiTDI I started with a well known brand I've used before, a plug in generic remap, and it did make my car quicker, but I was disappointed with the results. I did further research on finding a tuner that could provide more power, but keeping in mind safe limits for the engine, and the same name was mentioned to me, go and see Bobby Singh. Roll forward a few months later and I booked myself in with Bobby. At all times Bobby was helpful, communicative and professional. We discussed various options, what I wasn't happy with currently, and Bobby went to work. I collected my car the next day and I went for a test drive, wow what a difference. The car really pulls now, I wasn't expecting much difference as the car was already remapped, but the difference is night and day. This is how it should have been from the start. Blistering quick, defo brings the smile factor. Thanks Bobby for doing your magic.

Haha - If stock filter was useless then off course we might need something better but stock works totally fine so why bother.
Bobby supplied the hybrid turbo for my North American Q5 TDI and it makes incredible power. Bobby provided EXCELLENT communication and answers to any quick questions I had with install and tune via Malone. My Q5 has done 0-60mph in 4.45sec via dragy with .05% increase in elevation. The car absolutely rips. Love your work Bobby!

Excellent work, I do like these bi-tdis. Would love to see an S4/S5/S6/S7 diesel on the channel and see what you can do with it.
44mm ind on the cw - its pretty small. Some people claiming 400hp but until I do one its hard to say.
@@BobbySinghRacing Yep, but has a decent sized exducer, so spool should be good. I think 400 is achievable but it will be hitting the EGT limiter.

Thanks mate - pd130 (if turbo is not sticky) does around 180hp / 450nm

@@BobbySinghRacing sad to hear that after all the hard work you put into it mate.Definitely been an inspiration in diesel tuning world for me!I got the diesel bug years ago starting with Mk2 golf gtd ,even ran it on sunflower oil!got some very strange looks in sainsburys carpark!😂Great days....
@@kisskissg60 I'm also contemplating geting rid of my car for a newer A4 272 or a BMW 340i because of ULEZ and clean air zones.
