I've had sacroilitis for 4 years now and it's very debilitating. I definitely need help.
Tried a chiropractor and he made it worse.
Trying to get massage therapy and I have an appt for pain management. Help!

@@CoreBalance , I'll definitely consider it. Just trying to get past the coming holidays. I personally think my posture is one of the reasons I have sacroilitis. By walking in a more upright position, it does take the pressure off of my lower back.

Very clear and practical. Ive had sciatic-esque symptoms for quite a while. I started being more careful about sleep posture, exercise, and stretching. I then started sensing a loosening of muscles in my pelvis/hip/buttocks and “centralization” - decreasing symptoms at the extremities and pain/soreness in the hip/SI, and lower back where I hadn’t really been experiencing discomfort before.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your struggles with sciatic symptoms. It sounds like you've been on quite a journey. I'd like to share that the program can help reduce SI joint pain and support the ligaments that may be loosening by strengthening the musculature surrounding the SI joint.
If you're interested, we offer a free 7-day trial of our program that you can check out to see if it might be a good fit for you. We'd love to help.

My drs are seeing my MRIS do not see a super big bulge just a small one but it is not compressing any nerves but I have sciatica like symptoms on both of my legs specially the front of my legs no the back. Tingling and electric zaps. Is there a test like an MRI to see if there any inflamed ligaments ?
