I've owned and used these over a year now and it still works great. I mainly use it as a safety add on with the reversing camera on constantly while I'm driving. Because of the wide aspect screen, the reversing camera basically almost acts like a visual blind spot monitor. So incredibly useful.
Can you set this to default to rear cam every time you start your car? Im in and out of my car alot and need it to just come on. (doordash)
Yes you can, just change it to rear cam and when you turn the car engine off, the unit will power off automatically. When you start car again, unit powers on and is automatically in the mode it was last set on.@@user-fj8wr8jh4e
Interested in how much recording time the dash cam has. This could be a good tool for motorcyclists.
How well does it record video at night time?
It does nto have any night cameras. So it depends on how well of a lighted environment you are in. It seemed to do fine for me, even out in the country, just using my headlights. But I didn't need the footage for anything...
The front 4K camera is about as good as a Gopro 10 IMO. Do note that the rear reversing camera that is included is not a night vision or infra red camera like you see built into some car's OEM factory reversing cameras where you can still see even if it's dark. For example on this reversing camera, if it's pitch black at night, you will also see pitch black on the monitor.

I would love to do more DIY Speaker builds. In fact, I’m working on four different builds as we speak. Having said that, if you guys want to see more, DIY speaker builds then the community needs to show support by sharing the videos, commenting and liking.
