A quick walkthrough my Grand Vitara Tourer. Sleeping platform and pressure water system plus a better way to set up your awning.
I went with LT225/75/R17. An inch taller than 245/65s, LT construction and don't rub on the guards. More side wall for longer deflated track length and about the same weight as 245/65s

Awning..i have 2 small dogs that would be forever getting caught in guy ropes, from awning ect..perfect solution..

Nice set up. I have the same vehicle in New Zealand. Did you have to remove your passenger side rear seat to fit your bed?
I removed both rear seats and made a platform. So much more room.
I have the 2013GV too. Great all round suv. How did you run the cable to the light bar on the roof rack?
It sits behind the door rubber and comes out at the top rear corner of the left front door. I placed a piece of white tape so it can't damage the paintwork.
What size is the awning?

What pump are you using for the water? I am currently using 20ltrs but looking to install a 40ltr tank and running a tap outside
It's just a cheap Ozito 12 volt pump from Bunnings. Works a treat and it's surprisingly quiet.
