About me:
My name's Paige and I am in my third year studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. I am a member of Jesus College and make regular vlogs of my day to day life at uni, including lectures, supervisions, and social activities.

You can make your long to do list (11:18) feel like it's shorter - to make it less overwhelming - if you divide it into sections.
Try dividing it into four sections - morning, afternoon, evening and night, and put each task in the section where you think you'll do it during or should do it during.
You can also have a fifth section, for tasks that need to be done but you don't need to do in a particular time; i.e. can be done anytime of the day but still needs to be done asap, or for tasks that can be done tomorrow, or need to be put in a section later - do as you need.
You could also have it as Stick It® notes on a board, to make moving tasks between sections easier and to use colored notes for importancy levels; e.g. red = due tomorrow.

I had this idea based on the Eisenhower Matrix - instead of defining the importancy of tasks, you define when to do them.
To clarify a bit about the notes on a board part, divide the board into four quadrants like an old square window with a plus sign in the middle and leave some space for the fifth section if you'd like.
Then type in big letters M, AN, E & N in the four quadrants - shortcuts for Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night.
This is better than dividing it into four sections right under each other.

I love the faraway series so much!
In my second year at uni I used to walk half an hour each way and loved it. That was after 7 years of car pooling and bussing to school (apart from first year when I could walk 4 minutes to my first class in my hostel lol).

How come you don’t use an iPad Pro like most people are doing. Just wondering like what’s your opinion on digital notes versus paper note taking.

The may ball is in June, plenty of time for the pandemic to cool down
Actually I would be willing to bet a lot of money the May Balls will be cancelled, and the entire Easter Term and exams will be moved online. Summer terms and exams have been moved online in many other UK universities - I'm at Warwick and they just announced it yesterday.
@@annai1992 The pandemic is still expected to be a major factor by then - many sporting events in the summer such as Wimbledon starting at the end of June are looking at cancelling.

I really hope they will. I'm shocked on how UK government is "managing" the situation. In Italy schools and Universities are closed from weeks and now also all the shops, bars, restaurants have been closed. People are working from home in smart working. Also other European countries are taking such decisions...UK thinks it's a joke?
@@Puffolina15 That's because there are "only" 798 sick people in Uk, whereas Italy 's got 17660 sick ones :(
In Hungary we only have 16 sick peoples, but universities are closed since wednesday and today every other school have been shut down too..
In Argentina we have 34 sick and 2 deaths, but I start classes next monday
