I saw this show the same day I did a workshop with Morgan James, and it was amazing. I saw the whole original cast and it was just beautiful. Morgan was incredible. Hunter Parrish was crazy amazing. The whole cast was just stellar.
I wish they recorded every Broadway show. Which they do, but I mean to the level of public release. Even if it was 10 years after the fact. Just so people could eventually see it, but more so to have record of it beyond a cast recording.
This is great. I was in the show in New Zealand at Mercury Theatre back then. One of those shows i looked forward to every day and when there were two shows -- even better. Hopefully we can get the rights to the new prod and do it back at the Mercury when the wonderful people who are looking to buy the theatre back enjoy success.
