They are good, but cheap? I might be wrong but I thought Cygnet were the first company to release these and you can still buy them new for less than £20.

I went for the Stainless ESP ones that cost me £30 (Currently £34 from a well known large tackle shop, retail is 40 I believe). Beautifully made from solid stainless steel, here in the UK, and come with three numbered smaller sticks for marking rods down to the inch if need be. My Spomb rod sleeve came with a strap just like that, so sorted :)

Okay bisides a little bit easier workings why would someone pay in acces of 100bucks when 2 bank sticks of 5 each will do just fine

Just like any other sticks. I used my bank sticks for a few years an never had any problems 😂 until I thought I’d treat myself to the Korda ones but just remember people just because one person spends that much you don’t need to. The angling community is full on copy and paste products which is why I tip OMC because they do a lot different things
