This is not speaking as a leader , this is speaking as a manager , director etc. There is a huge difference between a leader and say a manager , boss , director etc. What do the above do ? Set deadlines , projects etc and speak like this. I leader develops there team , a leader motivates there team , a leader cares for the team and there well being. A leader shows gratitude for all there hard work , does not take credit but gives credit. A leader empowers others to grow and succeed. A leader doesn’t need power to have followers. The team wants to follow when giving free will to follow knowing they are apart of something bigger. There is so much more to all of this. This is by know means correct imo. And again thought for the day , everyone , everything , every person no matter what title , position etc is all based on theory and opinion. But remember leader is something more.

Because, I’m not watching this for no reason, but that approach you talked about is what I’ve been doing as CEO and it leads to a lot of unproductive talking without proper decisions being made and delegating tasks, which if done kindly seems to not be taken serious.
@@VulcanicYTled in the military , led as a manger , led as a supervisor and always built and had good teams . It’s a balance and also clearing out people who poison the rest and the moral and who are unproductive. It’s def a balance but once a team is good they will want to work for you and want to be apart of a good team etc. Def never would ever say we are a family , or we need to be like a family etc , we keep it to we are a team.
