Thanks for posting the vid. I actually appreciate vids where things don’t go 100% to plan, we all learn something. “Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted. And experience is often the most valuable thing you have to offer.” Keep ‘em coming 👍
Wonderful video, very helpful. It’s hard to find videos of someone trying to get back in the boat. Now at least I have an idea of what it looks like. The both of you are great! That’s some cold water. Thanks so much for sharing.
yeah getting back in takes a little bit of practice, but is muh easier when removing the weight belt, the bouyancy of the wetsuit helps you pop out of the water
Hey mate - How is the boat going now after a year of use? Still loving it? Potential consumer here. An reply or an update vid would be awesome. Cheers :)
Yeah what you wanna do is actually subscribe to my other channel called Kiwi Kaimoana. My boating and diving and seafood vids are there. I put what I call supplementary vids here, in other words... These vids are the more crappy ones, but my better vids are on Kiwi Kaimoana
It is a wet boat due to how low it is to the water. In anything other than flat water, you will get splashed. Keep that in mind. Also I would put a ig chills bin in to sit on, not comfortable sitting on the side pontoons for long period of time.
@@waynehartley4362 yeah standard delivery, was a bit slow, 3 or 4 weeks. Could possibly have been slowed down due to covid, dunno, came from China about 3 months ago, that's when I ordered it
thx for your vid.... Im looking into buying trueKit but not sure what size for me and my wife. Are you happy with 3.3 m? would you have gone with 4.0m? We are planning on using it for saltwater marsh fishing and sailing support boat for shallow ocean of South Carolina.

I am glad that wet suit worked out well form that swim , that looked like it was quite the work out with that buoyancy and tide

Nice video ! I am considering buying one for fishing. i just wanted to ask, how comfortable is to sit in this boat (in two) for 2-3 hours trolling ?

My wife wants to know what the lunch menu was on the beach? Thanks
haha, bananas, oranges, biscuits, sandwiches, and bottle of water
Need an American sales / dealer
👏
Where you buy the battery powered pump from? What was the cost?
From AliExpress, genovo gp80D. Was about $220NZ, battery excluded, battery about another 35$ from Burnsco. Plus you will need a battery charger.
@@Y2J Thanks - Did you do std delivery to NZ - how long before it arrived?

Looks sharky. Just sayin.
There's not much fish life in lyttelton harbour, not many fish... So not many sharks around to feed on them. Why do you say it looks sharky?
@@Y2J Cause bull sharks love murky water

10hp. And it's underpowered. Get the 15hp.
